    Delegate Miley moves to amend the amendment on page 17, section 9, line 12, following the period after the word “writing” by inserting a new sentence, to read as follows:

    “Any limitations associated with location of wells pursuant to this article or article six-a of this chapter apply only to wells in existence on the date that notice was given to the surface owner pursuant to this subsection.”
